  6.                       CONTEST & DRAWING RULES

  8.  
  9.  (1)  The monthly fishing contest and subsequent drawings are 
  10.       open to current, paid subscribers of PC Fishing Adventures 
  11.       only.
  12.  
  13.  (2)  From a single monthly issue of PC Fishing Adventures, an 
  14.       entrant may submit up to six valid fish tag numbers for 
  15.       inclusion in the prize drawings for that issue.  
  16.  
  17.  (3)  Valid tag numbers are obtained by catching tagged fish in   
  18.       the fishing simulation feature of PC Fishing Adventures.  TO 
  19.       DISPLAY THE TAG NUMBER ON A TAGGED FISH, CLICK ON THE RED 
  20.       TAG ATTACHED TO THE CAUDAL FIN OF THAT FISH.

  22.  (4)  Mail tag number entries to PC Fishing Adventures Drawing,
  23.       P.O. Box 3724, Bartlesville, OK 74006 or email same to 
  24.       jacobsoft@aol.com (include name and mailing address).
  25.  
  26.  (5)  Submission of entries imply the entrant has read, under-
  27.       stands, and agrees to comply with these rules.
  28.  
  29.  (6)  The tag numbers for a particular drawing month must be
  30.       received by midnight of the 15th of the following month.
  31.  
  32.  (7)  Each valid tag number received on or before the cutoff
  33.       date and time will allow one entry in the name of the
  34.       submitter in a random drawing for prizes.
  35.  
  36.  (8)  Drawings for a particular month will be held between the
  37.       15th and last day of the following month.  Winners will
  38.       receive prizes by mail.
  39.  
  40.  (9)  The number, kind, and value of the drawing prizes may 
  41.       vary at the discretion of Jacobson Software Enterprises.
  42.  
  43. (10)  From the pool of all valid submissions, a random drawing
  44.       will be performed for each specified prize.  An entrant
  45.       is limited to one prize per month, that prize being the
  46.       first one selected in his or her name.
  47.  
  48. (11)  Drawing winners agree to allow their names and the states 
  49.       of their residence to be published in a subsequent issue 
  50.       of PC Fishing Adventures.  In addition, winners agree to 
  51.       allow their names and complete addresses to be released 
  52.       to any inquiries concerning prize winners.
  53.  
  54. (12)  All decisions of Jacobson Software Enterprises are final.
  55.  
  56. (13)  No substitutions for prizes will be allowed.
  57.  
  58. (14)  Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
  59.  
  60. (15)  Employees and immediate family members of Jacobson Software
  61.       Enterprises are not eligible to enter.
  62.  
  63. (16)  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries 
  64.       received.
  65.    
  66. (17)  Jacobson Software Enterprises reserves the right to dis-
  67.       qualify any entry.
  68.  
  69. (18)  Void where prohibited by law.
  70.
